  1.      This archive contains the source, documentation, and executable for a
  2. public domain memory diagnostic program.  When you unpack the archive you
  3. should have the following files:

  5.      ReadMe--This file.
  6.      MD--The executable program (may be packed as MD.uue, requiring you to
  7.          run "uudecode").
  8.      MD.doc--The documentation file explaining how MD works and how to use
  9.              it.
  10.      Makefile--Input for the Lattice LMK program to create MD from the
  11.                source.
  12.      MD.c--The source code for MD.
  13.      MD.uue--The executable program in uuencoded form.  To create the
  14.              executable run "uudecode MD.uue".

  16.      MD will run with any Amiga configuration but requires a stack size of
  17. 10000.  It does not take over the machine but it does soak up any available
  18. memory while it is running.  It takes about 8 minutes to test a 2.5MB
  19. machine.
